Importance of Exercise in the Aging Adult
Have you ever thought about the single most important contributor to aging successfully? The answer is simple- EXERCISE! By 2030, it is estimated that 70 million Americans will be 65+ years of age and that the fastest growing age bracket is 85+ years of age.
